Service Awards
Program
The Glenham Fire District sponsors a service awards program for the active
membership of the Slater Chemical Fire Company. The program is intended
to help recruit and retain active membership in the company. Participants
in the program accrue points for responding to calls as well as attendance
at company events, including drills, work details, meetings, fund raisers,
etc. The program can provide each participant with a monthly income
at retirement age to supplement any other retirement income they may have.

Service Award Total
Points for 2006 are posted in Firehouse - Please review and report any
discrepancies to the Board of Fire Commissioners.
Members are reminded
that in order to receive service award credit that they must make a
minimum of 50 points annually. Points are awarded for a variety of
company functions. See a member of the board of Fire Commissioners
