I Don’t Believe Everything I See
You have to be super cautious when making any kind of purchase these days; there’s just so many people online, and everywhere else, that you have to do a lot of research before you can make any kind of informed decision.
For instance, I’ve been looking at exercise equipment, and came across something that was a supposed flex belt scam. Now I’ve been reading about this kind of EMS exercise, where you wear some kind of belt that causes your muscles to contra t with electronic stimulation, and it seemed like a really good idea.
But this article I read said it didn’t really work…so I had to find out a whole lot more about it. I mean, was it hype, or something real?
And so far, what I’ve been reading is behind this new kind of exercise. Sometimes I think people just get nervous when something innovative like this comes along…but me? I think it’s great, and not a scam at all.
